Ben Hoyt is a classically trained violinist based in Los Angeles, California. A conservatory graduate of the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University, Ben received degrees in both Violin Performance and Recording Arts and Sciences.

    From concert halls to nightclubs, Ben has performed internationally with a variety of acts including Electric Light Orchestra, Trampled By Turtles and Vini Vici. Ben has shared the stage with members of Guns N’ Roses, Boston, Heart, Styx and Paul McCartney’s Band.

    Ben has performed for designer fashion shows, luxury car unveilings, high end jewelry brands, celebrities, governors, and sitting Supreme Court Justices. Ben has played the National Anthem for sporting events, and has performed next to the Declaration of Independence and United States Constitution within the National Archives Rotunda. Notable venues Ben has performed at include Carnegie Hall, The Hollywood Palladium, The Kennedy Center, and Strathmore Hall.

    Ben has been featured on NBC and in People Magazine, and was recently the recipient of California Wedding Day Magazine’s 2025 “Best Live Music” award for the Los Angeles area.

    With over a quarter century of performing experience, Ben’s live performances combine a deep sense of musicality with electrifying improvisation, showcasing a joy in performing that captivates audiences.
